This video is probably best used by viewers who are at the intermediate yoga level since a number of the poses can cause even a seasoned yoga veteran to feel quite sore after following along. Linda uses the "plank pose" while demonstrating various strength moves, and also models several other basic yoga positions. Her assistant shows the viewer how to do the more advanced poses. Many will appreciate Linda's emphasis on spinal alignment. The forest setting is very relaxing and the music is simple, never interfering with the demonstrations. Those who have used a number of different yoga and exercise videos may notice that the cues are not always timely. However, it is still fairly easy to follow along.
