Hosted by internationally acclaimed yoga instructor Patricia Walden and filmed on the island of Maui, Yoga Journal's Yoga for Beginners offers a straightforward, non-intimidating introduction to yoga. The first segment is dedicated to releasing the worries and distractions of everyday life in order to induce the focused, relaxed state needed for achieving maximum benefits.
