Led by instructor Kim Haegele, Yoga Fusion: Strength and Sculpt synthesizes elements of yoga, tai chi, body sculpting, and pilates to provide a routine that improves the strength and flexibility of both body and mind. The poses are designed to focus attention on each part of the body, toning the body's lines. Breath control enhances concentration, which helps the practitioner bridge the mind/body connection. The result is a calm mind and a graceful body that reflect the health of the total being.
