Yoga for the Kid in All of Us is a workout that kids and parents can do together. With a colorful, active, and friendly teaching style, instructor Chaz Rough demonstrates classic Yoga poses like Cat, Warrior, and Cobra. Some traditional poses are adapted and renamed especially for kids, like Motorcycle, Wheel Barrow, and Airplane. Recommended for kids aged five to ten years old.
