Bruce Van Horn is the instructor and producer of Yoga for Healthy Living Presents: Daily Yoga Class. Appearing along side his Dalmatian, Goodboy, Van Horn is convinced that Hatha Yoga has calmed down the temperament of his usually hyperactive dog, proving that you can reap the benefits of yoga by just listening to the music, following your breath, and relaxing. He renames the original Sanskrit poses using contemporary business terminology with the assumption that it will help beginners learn the traditional positions. Van Horn is also the instructor for Yoga for Men.
