No matter how hectic your schedule is, there are always a few minutes for exercise. In this release designed specifically for busy people with busy lives, yoga instructor and personal trainer Evamarie Pilipuf offers four short exercise routines designed to get viewers in shape without cutting too deeply into their personal time. These four routines can be used either in tandem with one another or on an individual basis depending on the time the viewer has to devote to a workout at any given moment. Workouts featured on this release include a ten minute "Stretch and Relax" routine, a fifteen minute "Total Body Express" routine, a twenty-minute "Energy" routine, and a twenty-five minute "Abs and Back" routine.
