Synopsis by Hal Erickson
En route to a reunion with his old friend Dr. Prescott, Cyclops' plane is shot down. Injured, he stumbles into the tiny western village where Prescott lives, only to find that his friend is missing and a militant, anti-human mutant military group called the Children of the Shadow is in charge. Preaching their doctrine of hate and prejudice, the group targets Cyclops for persecution -- ironic, since he doesn't look like a mutant. A cautionary tale of reverse racism, "Secrets No Longer Buried" was aired during X-Men's 1995-96 season.
