Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Yet another compact little silent Western-thriller starring the team of Tom Tyler and young Frankie Darro, The Wyoming Wildcat told the old story about a cowboy who discovers a plot to take over his employer's property. The usurper this time is Jeff Kopp (Gilbert Clayton), a mean old rancher who will inherit the Hastings outfit if young Isabel Hastings (Virginia Southern) fails to marry before the age of 21. When Isabel rejects a proposal of marriage from Kopp's equally unsavory son, Rudy (Ethan Laidlaw), the nasty old man hires Cyclops (Thomas Delmar), a notorious killer, to kidnap the girl. About to be thrown into the river from a towering cliff, Isabel is rescued by ranch hand Phil Stone (Tyler) and his young sidekick, Barney Finn (Darro). The evil Kopp loses all claims to the ranch when Isabel agrees to marry Phil.
