A workout video by the World Wrestling Federation's female Terminator known as Chyna might be expected to demonstrate the techniques used to develop her Amazonian physique. Instead, "taking the Chyna challenge" means learning a 40-minute full-body circuit-training program designed for the average person who doesn't plan on tackling 300-pound wrestlers but simply wants to be firm and fit. The warm-up is a basic boxing warm-up of jabs, hooks, squats, and jump rope. Then follows the 40-minute circuit, which includes strength training and cardio training, mixed with stretching. Chyna demonstrates while dressed in gym outfits that highlight her well-developed physical attributes. Chyna's program requires three sets of weights (light, medium, and heavy) and a weight bench. For wrestling fans, the video includes clips of Chyna in the ring wreaking havoc on numerous male wrestlers.
