David Lam Tak-luk spins this women-behind-bars exploitation flick. Instead of donning a veil and garters, Kelly Ho (Pat Ha Man-chik) decides to do something different for her wedding day: She murders a loan shark. After being sentenced for 18 months for the crime, Kelly has trouble fitting into the complex social hierarchy of the place, and soon runs afoul of the sadistic Big Sister Fatty (Ha Chi-chun) who strides the hall sporting a riding crop. After putting up with a couple weeks of abuse, she tries to escape in a garage truck only to find the child of her fellow prisoner Jean (Petrina Fung Bo-bo) hiding out in the same vehicle. Kelly returns the child and soon learns that she is pregnant. She quickly joins forces with Big Sister Lynn (Carol Cheng Yu-ling) who is kept drugged up in the prison hospital.
