Women at Large: Breakout is the first exercise program created for large women by large women. The easy-to-follow exercises promote the idea that you don't have to be thin to be fit, but you have to be fit to be healthy. Hosted by Sharon McConnell and Sharlyne Powell, these routines focus on low-impact aerobic dance and flexibility exercises, with the first tape segment being devoted to stretches, warm-ups, and aerobics, and the following segment floor work and toning. The result is a highly positive, fun, safe, and effective program for creating a healthier lifestyle.
