Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Tomboy Gene Romaine (June Elvidge) grows up in a logging camp, with her roughneck father and his lumberjack buddies as her only "playmates." In contrast, millionaire Tim Stanton (John Bowers) has been raised with every luxury at his beck and call. In the hopes of building his ne'er-do-well son into a real "he-man," Stanton's father orders Tim to go to work at the logging camp. Here he meets Gene, who can't quite comprehend the teasing feelings she experiences in Tim's presence. Inevitably, Tim and Gene fall in love, and it is of course Gene who "redeems" the wastrelly hero -- once she escapes the clutches of all-purpose villain Boss McDaniels (Albert Hart), that is.
