The third season of Wiseguy hurtles towards its climax with rogue undercover agent Vinnie (Ken Wahl) still a fugitive from justice, and his former OCB boss McPike (Jonathan Banks) hovering between life and death. Meanwhile, former chemical-firm executive Kousakis (Vincent Guastaferro) goes on a lunatic crusade to atone for sins committed by himself and his polluting co-conspirators. In a near-surrealistic finale, Kousakis kills his corrupt boss Harriet Weiss (Bonnie Bartlett) and holes up in the clock tower of a local church, intending to assassinate crooked politician Charlie Boden (Leo V. Gordon).
