This documentary offers highlights from Amsterdam's eighth annual five-day-long Cannabis Cup & Hemp Expo. Told in a relatively straightforward manner it follows a group of largely American judges as they visit some of the liberal Dutch city's various marijuana and hash houses to sample assorted THC containing products in a wide variety of environments. Also covered are snippets of recreational events, many of which are humorous, and educational seminars covering the more serious, non-drug related benefits offered by the versatile hemp plant.
