Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Dorothy Hale (Peggy Hyland) works with her cousin Henry (George Drumgold) for their Uncle John (E.B. Tilton) at his detective agency. Both of them are aching to become sleuths, and when their uncle goes on a trip, they find their chance. Dorothy had been briefly courted by a young man named Arthur Brown (Harry Hamm) who worked for Sarsfield Machine Works. The plans for the Works have been purloined, and Brown has turned up missing, so Dorothy and Henry go looking for their man. They track him down at his country house, but when they wake up the village constable to make the arrest, he takes Henry into custody instead. Even though she cares for Arthur, Dorothy is willing to put duty before love and arrest him, but he convinces her that he is innocent of anything, except perhaps falling for her.
