Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Despite serving as father-figures to five HIV-positive children for the last seventeen years, two gay men find that they are unable to adopt the kids as a result of Florida's ban on gay adoption in a moving and gently humorous documentary produced to explore the true meaning of the term "parenthood." As their struggle to gain equal rights in a state controlled by the religious right, audiences will find their entire concept of what it means to be a parent challenged by the two men who would do anything within their power to care for the children who need them most.
