A man begins to consider that his life may have a hidden meaning after discovering a mysterious padlocked box buried behind his house, and encountering a stranger on the internet who knows all about the unearthed artifact. At first, all Ryan can think about is the box. His obsession wanes, however, when the lock that guards its secrets proves impenetrable. Shortly thereafter, an anonymous stranger using the screen name "very_little_time" accosts Ryan on the internet, revealing not only personal information about both himself, but also about his recent discovery. Now, the harder Ryan works to open the box, the deeper he gets drawn in to an ominous series of events that seem to be leading to some major event that could have massive repercussions for the entire planet.
