Synopsis by Jonathan Crow
Wong Chung spins this affable horror-comedy. The film opens with Angie Lin (Emily Chu Bo-yee) driving home one night only to hit a man who wandered into the road. When she gets out to check on the guy, she finds that he has completely vanished. Meanwhile, ace reporter Fat Piao (Kent Cheng Chuk-see) is tracking down a series of bizarre murders in which the victims are all drained of their blood. After teaming up with a local street tough named Mao (Keith Kwan Chiu-chung), Piao discovers an evil Caucasian fiend who has sucked dry the local blood bank. When the cops show up, the ghoulie has again vanished but Piao and Mao are there and get charged with the crime. Meanwhile, Piao and Angie have fallen for each other.
