Synopsis by Farida Ezzat
The dramedy centers on Blanco (Javier Bardem) who leads Básculas Blanco, a scale production factory in Spain. Beloved by all his employees, Blanco is keen on winning a business award. He prepares the factory for the jury’s inspection. But a disgruntled ex-employee threatens Blanco’s plans. Refusing to reinstate him in the factory, Blanco must find a way to resolve this mutiny and secure the award he dreams of. Written and directed by Fernando León de Aranoa.
