This mystery thriller directed by Vaughn Stein sees a psychiatrist (Casey Affleck) grapple with the suicide of one of his patients. Dealing with the fallout that has thrown his career into question, the psychiatrist tries to make amends by inviting the brother of the patient into his home. But as this stranger starts to infiltrate his life, forming personal relationships with his wife and daughter, the psychiatrist begins to discover that all is not what it seems.
