Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Writer-director Stephen Susco’s sequel to 2014 desktop thriller Unfriended stays true to the genre. A group of young adults who convene on Skype for a weekly board-game night are terrorized online by a group of mysterious hackers after one of them steals a laptop filled with snuff films and decides to pilfer $10 million worth of Bitcoin.
