Writer and director Jennifer Fox examines the nature of memory, sexual assault and mental resilience in this psychological thriller. A successful journalist and professor (Laura Dern) is forced to re-examine her recollections of her childhood when her mother discovers a story she wrote four decades earlier, which illustrates a sexual relationship with two adult coaches when she was 13.
