A troubled woman (Rooney Mara) tracks down the neighbor (Ben Mendelsohn) who molested her as a young teen and confronts him over the course of an afternoon, desperately seeking to reconcile her mixed feelings of confusion, abandonment, anger, and obsession during a long interrogation in his workplace's break room.
