Synopsis by Jack Rodgers
Stéphane (Olivier Gourmet), a widowed photographer, deals with his grief over losing his wife by taking daguerreotype portraits of his 22-year-old daughter Marie (Constance Rousseau). Meanwhile, Stéphane's new assistant Jean (Tahar Rahim) falls in love with Marie, and is moved to help her escape from her dismal existence. Mathieu Amalric co-stars.
