A young girl comes under attack from a sinister apparition after moving into an old apartment building with her divorced mother. In the wake of a broken marriage, Sophia (Harriet MacMasters-Green) and her daughter Helena (Sabrina Jolie Perez) are left to pick up the pieces. Determined to start a new life, they move into a building hiding a dark secret. When Helena loses her first baby tooth, a mysterious entity turns her nights into a living hell. Haunted, she begins obsessively collecting her classmates' deciduous teeth until her mother vows to defeat the unspeakable forces have taken hold of her daughter, even at the risk of sacrificing her sanity.
