An Icelandic teen struggles to find his place in the world following a trip to Manchester, England, but finds his future looking bleak after his best friend commits suicide, and his close-knit group of friends begin drifting apart. 16 year old Gabriel has just returned home following two weeks in England when his friends and family notice some subtle changes in his behavior. Perhaps it's a result of his burgeoning friendship with Marcus, a rebellious teen he met on his recent trip. But when Gabriel learns that his best friend Stella has taken her own life, his downward spiral begins to accelerate, threatening devastating repercussions for both himself, and all those around him.
