To the unknowing eye Tomie looks like your average schoolgirl; youthful, beautiful, and with a mesmerizing smile that is impossible to resist. When Tomie transfers to a new high school and the students realize just how evil her beauty really is, they cut off her right ear. Driven to insanity by the sight of the ear scurrying through the grass in an attempt to regenerate, the boys subsequently push Tomie off of a cliff and dismember her body to ensure she can never return. Little do they know the power of this deceptively pretty devil though, and when Tomie shows up at school the following day mocking the boys for their failed effort, the mere sight of the girl sends her sadistic classmates into a tail-spin of insanity.
