Synopsis by Hal Erickson
A criminal well known to detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) may have been responsible for the murder of a businessman. Unfortunately, the investigation is impeded by the FBI, who insist upon shielding the prime suspect. Without giving away the outcome, it can be noted that one of the guest actors plays a dual role.
