Holger Mikkelsen (Ole Lemmeke) is a law student in occupied Denmark. Curiously, he has difficulty connecting his actions with their consequences. The opportunity to indulge in a bit of mayhem is what prompts him to play at sabotage against the Germans. He's not serious about it. However, he becomes much more adept at chaos-making when a leader of the Resistance (Michael Moritzen) recruits him for the cause. Soon afterward, he takes the leader's wife (Lena Nilssen) to bed, which turns out to have been a pretty stupid thing to do.
