After experiencing disturbing images from his past, Mulder awakens to an even more disturbing present when he is accused of a double homicide. Unfortunately, Mulder cannot account for his actions during the killings -- nor can Scully, who, like her fellow agents, must act upon the evidence at hand, which points inexorably to her partner.
