Synopsis by Robert Firsching
Artist-turned-director Hideshi Hino returned to the series he created with this more traditional follow-up to Kazuhito Kuramoto's unfortunate Za Ginipiggu 2: Notorudamu No Andoroido. This installment concerns a sadistic predator (Hiroshi Tamura) who kidnaps a woman (Kirara Yugao) and slowly tortures her to death in his basement, finally decapitating her and eating her eyes. At 42 minutes, this is the shortest film in the series, for which most viewers should be grateful. Hino returned with the series' best entry, the surprisingly poignant and poetic Za Ginipiggu 4: Manhoru No Naka No Ningyo, the following year.
