Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
Set in exotic Singapore, this crime drama centers on a nightclub singer whose life is torn asunder when she is implicated in a murder. Though her involvement was purely accidental, she flees to the harbor where she deceives her ship captain fiance into allowing her passage. They set sail. When he learns the truth, he maroons her on a tiny island. There she meets a handsome fellow. She tells the truth and they get married. Eventually, her former love returns. When he learns that she married the other man, more trouble follows.
