Synopsis by Janiss Garza

This drama used a similar plot line as Black Oxen, in which a woman uses a surgical operation involving monkey glands to remain forever young. A famous actress mysteriously disappears and many years later, it is noted that Lady Sylvia (Anna Q. Nilsson), wife of Sir Edward Hutton (Lumsden Hare), bears such a striking resemblance to the long-ago actress that she could be her daughter. Lady Sylvia takes an interest in Bobby Austin, a young American (Ben Lyon). Because he shows an interest in Elizabeth Stuart, his boss' daughter (Marjorie Daw), Lady Sylvia tries to have him framed as a card sharp. When Bobby proves she is lying, the argument causes her to change into an old hag. She then admits that she is the actress, and had had an operation to restore her youth -- but the results disappeared because of her emotional outburst.
