Synopsis by Janiss Garza

This overwrought F.B.O. tearjerker was "presented by" Joseph P. Kennedy. Although Conway Tearle is nominally the star, nine-year-old Frankie Darro virtually steals the show from him and everyone else in the cast. Sandy Barry (Darrow) is a scrappy little cripple whose big brother, Jim (Rex Lease), is mixed up with some unsavory types. In order to get money to help his kid brother, Jim goes to work for a dope smuggler, but he is caught and sent to prison. Sandy is left on his own, but Dr. Matthews, the head of the narcotic squad and a member of the Elks (Tearle), finds out about him. He makes sure the little boy gets an operation that fixes his leg. After discovering that his boss has double-crossed him, Jim squeals on the gang and they are arrested. Dr. Matthews wins Ane Grey (Margaret Morris), a newspaper reporter who has been following the situation.
