Synopsis by Dan Pavlides

This unfortunately titled documentary concerns the severely handicapped children at an institution in Switzerland. Their plight and that of their parents are illustrated as the medical staff tries to help the children overcome their disabilities. Eight-year-old Ursula suffers from epilepsy as well as being blind and deaf. The feature shows the strides that the institution was able to make with these children at the time of the film's release. A plea for early treatment after careful diagnosis is said to be the key to helping the afflicted children.
