Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The English-language title of the French Une Fille a Croquer was the slightly suggestive Good Enough to Eat. The film is an adult-oriented retelling of "Little Red Riding Hood," complete with a character named "Loup" (translation: Wolf). The heroine is Rose (Louise Cartell), the heir to a fortune. Incredibly naïve, Rose permits herself to be charmed by the fortune-hunting Loup (Serge Reggiani). No, the villain doesn't disguise himself as Rose's grandma, but otherwise he's not above anything to get his hands on the wide-eyed lass' millions. Surprisingly, Une Filler a Croquer is not played for laughs, though perhaps it should have been.
