Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Caroline Goodall starred in this two-part British miniseries as high-powered London lawyer Anne Travers. When her psychiatrist husband was accused of murder, Anne defended him in court, secure in her belief that he was innocent. But upon discovering that the good doctor was having an affair with one of his patients, Anne began to wonder just how many more "dirty little secrets" were still to be unearthed. Originally telecast over Britain's ITV on May 4 and 5, 1999, Trust proved successful enough to warrant a proposed American theatrical-feature remake, with Catherine Zeta-Jones in the lead.
