Instructor Trish Muse demonstrates a variety of exercises in this toning workout designed for intermediate-level students. There are two complementary routines; one requires the use of an exercise ball as it targets the abdominal and back muscles while the other one helps build added strength. Special exercise modifications are included for those who might be pregnant or need to work around back or knee injuries. Students can do the two routines separately or complete them as one total workout. In addition to an exercise ball, viewers will want to have dumbbells or hand weights between two and ten pounds.
