In Episode 15 of Travels in Europe With Rick Steves, the host spends quality time in the two Irish capitals. Briefly touching upon the "Troubles" that have kept the Northern and Southern portions of the country apart, Rick Steves embarks on a more lighthearted journey through the Guinness Brewery, and a stopover at Kilmainham Jail. After taking in the Book of Kells and enjoying a performance by a group of street singers, Rick pays a visit to some friends in the Mountains of Mourne. As a bonus, the viewer is provided tips on the preparation of traditional Irish soda bread.
