This exercise video is a joint production of Kelly and Colleen, a mother and daughter team, who share their insights and expertise of 20 years of fitness training. Kelly never did any weight training until the age of 52, and she had never done anything athletic until she began working with weights. Her daughter, Colleen, began training with her, and has been a fitness trainer for the last 18 years. Together, they take the beginning student through both weight training and cardiovascular routines. Their work has been featured in many magazines as well as on television programs, such as The Rosie O'Donnell Show.
