With a quick warm-up and a heavy emphasis on dance, Tough Bodies: Cardiovascular is an advanced aerobic workout geared towards an audience with prior fitness and dance experience. Hosted by DePrise Brescia, the choreography includes a variety of styles, among them including funk, hip-hop, ballet, and jazz at varying levels of impact. As with most aerobic productions, Tough Bodies: Cardiovascular encourages burning fat by raising the heart rate and developing muscle tone.
