Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A depressed 35-year-old man uses an invitation to dine with a world-renowned cyclist as the catalyst to reunite with his estranged father in this French comedy starring Francois Damiens. Michel Ressac is in his mid-30s, and going nowhere fast. He's got no achievements to speak of and no plans for the future. When Michael learns that he's won a chance to have dinner with famed cyclist Eddy Merckx, the catch is that in order to claim his prize, he will have to show up with family. For as far back as Michael can remember, the only thing he had in common with his father was a shared passion for biking. It's been years since they've spoken to one another, but now that Michael has a clear motivation to patch up their relationship, he vows to make the most of the opportunity, and meet one of his lifelong heroes in the process.
