After missing an appointment with an abortionist because she is in bed with her latest boyfriend Geoff, Liz is forced to deal with the concept of impending motherhood. Though the baby's father Neil isn't happy about her condition, he asks her to marry him while they are attending the wedding of her pal Prue. But Liz isn't sure she wants to be with Neil. Though Geoff is her preferred option, he is busy rekindling an old flame. Meanwhile Ant stands by while a German director films the script of his documentary which shares this film's title and is about just that. This exploration of modern relationships takes a few unexpected dramatic twists and turns towards the end.
