An engineer (Nikos Kurkulos) has been sent by the Greek government to inspect a new dam, and sure enough, the engineer sees some structural flaws that could spell out major disaster for the area unless corrected. As the powerful dam emotes a presence all on its own, the engineer is almost overcome by the awesome sight -- all the more real because it could suddenly break apart. Naturally, the engineer's quest for more information to verify his conclusion is met with a cold shoulder by the workers, by the rich owner of the land, by the bureaucrats, and by just about everyone except one draughtsman. How can he convince these people that danger lies ahead when no one wants to hear the truth? Meanwhile, the townspeople are not waiting around for the rumored problems to flood them out, and many have left already.
