Synopsis by Perry Seibert

The Timeline series presents newsreels, audio recordings, radio shows, and lists in order to display the historic events that transpired during the given year. The 1937 edition contains performances of "Stardust" and "You Took the Words Right Out of My Heart", as well as snippets of the radio broadcast of the Hindenberg disaster, and an October 5 speech by President Roosevelt. A Lux Radio presentation of Captain Blood rounds out this entertaining trip down memory lane.
