Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Telecast daily at lunchtime by BBC1, the British game show Time Keepers was created by Toby Freeman and Stephen Leahy. Each episode featured three contestants who fielded questions about their hobbies and other such vital issues. Whoever had accumulated the most "time" at the end of the episode (a commodity determined by a huge prop clock) was designated the winner. To keep things interesting, the other contestants were permitted to "sabotage" the winners just before the final round with heckling, misdirection, and the like. Hosted by "Master of Time" Bill Dod, Time Keepers premiered in 1995.
