Tim Janis: Beautiful America is a one-hour special of music and scenery originally broadcast on PBS in March 2004. The Tim Janis Ensemble performs the original score recorded live at Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH. Janis' three instrumental compositions are inspired by America's National Parks, and George Clooney provides narration for the aerial photography montage of park footage. The program features the Acadia National Park, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Mount Rainier National Park, and Yosemite National Park.
