Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Mr. Roper (Norman Fell) is out of town, and Mrs. Roper (Audra Lindley) is feeling a bit lonesome. Big-hearted Janet (Joyce DeWitt) moves in with Mrs. Roper to keep her company while her husband is away. Before long, however, Janet begins to worry about the fact that she has left her roommates, Jack (John Ritter) and Chrissy (Suzanne Somers), alone -- especially since Jack is obviously smitten by Chrissy. But Jack has promised himself to be a "prefect gentleman" with Chrissy in Janet's absence...with surprising results.
