Threads: Our Tapestry of Love is a 2020 Japanese drama film directed by Takahisa Zeze and inspired by the 1992 song "Thread" by Miyuki Nakajima. It tells the story of two individuals, both born in 1989, whose paths cross through the years. Starring Masaki Suda and Nana Komatsu, it was originally set for release on April 24, 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It eventually premiered on August 21, 2020. The film has grossed US$20.47 million worldwide and is the sixth highest-grossing domestic film in the Japanese box office in 2020.
