Director Marie Amiguet shares co-directing, filming, and writing work with the documentary’s two main subjects, Vincent Munier, a renowned wildlife photographer, and novelist-adventurer Sylvain Tesson. The film showcases the trio’s expedition in the Tibetan highlands with one objective in mind, to see the elusive snow leopard and hopefully take a picture of it. Considered a rare species, the snow leopard evokes an elusive mystery that appears magical and ethereal to those who pursue the creature.
